Welcome to the official iOS companion app of RushNice Reader, the trusted app by Rushnice.com for reading your favorite eBooks and documents.
This Privacy & Data Use Policy explains how we handle your data, including the use of advertising in compliance with Apple’s App Store requirements.

At Rushnice.com, we respect your privacy. We are committed to transparency in how we handle your data.

The RushNice Reader iOS app:

  • Does not collect personal data unless explicitly provided by you.

  • Does not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

  • Uses secure HTTPS connections to communicate with our servers.

  • Shows ads to support the free version of the app.

If you prefer not to see ads, you will have the option to use an ad-free version (when available).

  • Ads help keep RushNice Reader free.

  • By default, ads shown in the app are contextual (based on general app usage, not personal data).

  • If personalized ads are introduced, we will request your explicit consent via Apple’s ATT framework.

  • You can disable personalized ads at any time through iOS Settings:
    Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

We do not use fingerprinting or non-consensual tracking.

🔐 Security Commitments

  • No background data collection.

  • No persistent device identifiers without consent.

  • All communication is encrypted.

  • All local file access remains on-device only.

❌ No Mandatory App Tracking

Currently, RushNice Reader does not require App Tracking Transparency because we do not track you across apps or websites.
If in future we enable personalized ads, you will be asked to grant or deny tracking permissions explicitly.

🧼 Data Deletion Requests

If any personal data is collected in the future, you can:

  • Request deletion of all your data by emailing us at support@rushnice.com.

  • Disable data collection features within the app settings.

  • Revoke any granted permissions at any time in iOS settings.
