Welcome to RushNice Reader for Android — the official mobile companion to Rushnice.com, designed for a private, secure, and smooth reading experience.

This policy explains how we handle your data, including advertising features, in compliance with Google Play’s Privacy and Data Safety requirements.

🔒 Our Privacy Promise

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how data is handled.

  • ❌ We do not collect personal data unless you explicitly provide it.

  • 💰 We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

  • 🔐 All communication with Rushnice.com uses encrypted HTTPS.

  • 📂 Your local files remain on your device unless you choose to share them.

  • 🇪🇺 If you are in the EU/UK, we comply with GDPR and seek consent where required.

📢 Advertising & Google Advertising ID

If your version of the app includes advertising (e.g., Google Mobile Ads / AdMob):

  • The app may use the Google Advertising ID and send limited device information to the ad network.

  • This is used to deliver ads, limit fraud, and measure performance.

  • You can choose between:

    • 📌 Personalized ads (based on your interests — requires consent in EU/UK)

    • 🚫 Non-personalized ads (contextual only)

We use Google’s UMP Consent SDK in regions where consent is legally required.
You can reset your Advertising ID or disable ad personalization at:
Settings → Google → Ads (path may vary by device/version).

❌ No App-to-App Tracking

RushNice Reader does not track your activity across other apps or websites.
We don’t fingerprint devices or build behavioral profiles.

If we introduce future features involving identifiable information (e.g., cloud sync), you will have the right to:

  • Request correction or complete deletion

  • Disable data collection features entirely

🧩 Google Play Data Safety (Summary)

Depending on your app build:

  • 📄 No data collected beyond what’s necessary for core functionality unless you opt into optional features.

  • 📢 If ads are enabled, limited data may be collected by the ad SDK for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.

  • 🛑 Users can opt out of personalized ads or reset their Advertising ID at any time.

  • 📝 Your Google Play Data Safety form must match your final shipping configuration.

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes.
